Valerie did a great job for us! We were first-time home buyers looking for a single family home in Silver Spring. Valerie did an excellent job putting together a competitive offer—which beat another offer!—and negotiating our home inspection. Valerie got the seller to fix quite a bit, and she  followed through to make sure that the work was done correctly and before the closing! She also recommended a great contractor to refinish the hardwood floors and paint the inside of our house.
